Good location. Lovely room.

Location central to all

Staff were unable to rearrange my stay dates. Yet all other hotels have managed this. So I paid for a night I want there. I did call and message ahead. But still they couldn’t change this apparently

Very good stay

Very clean, comfortable and spacious room with very good facilities. Hotel facilities were good including the swimming pool and gym. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Good value for money stay

Very good value for money and the location was great in Lamai. The staff were all really helpful and friendly.

The mattress was uncomfortable and the AC didn’t really work. The gym was also cardio only machines with no weights.

Very convenient and relaxing

Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms were cleaned very fast, as soon as we left for breakfast. We loved how bright our rooms was and enjoyed the balcony with garden view. The pool area is nice and relaxing and there is also a little gym (not much equipment, but good enough for some cardio training or yoga). The hotel is well located in Lamai “town”, close to all the shops, restaurants, night markets, also beach is just few minutes walk away. Very convenient and also good value for money.

Good overall.

Clean and quiet room. Shower separated from sink and toilet. Hot water with good pressure always available. AC was cold and quiet on lowest setting. Pool was clean and separated into shallow and deep area. Large enough to swim in, and got plenty of sunlight. Very close to restaurants, convenience stores and supermarket.

Good hotel!

Location is good: walking distance to Lamai Beach and restaurants/cafes/grocery shops. You can rent a motorbike at the hotel so you can easily explore the island. Staff is friendly and helpful. The security guard even picked us up at the end of the street during heavy rain. Also the room was cleaned every day including fresh towels & bedsheets, perfect!

There is no elevator and the shower didn’t work properly sometimes

The location of Crystal Lamai was incredible, the perfect mix between being closely located to 'downtown Lamai' whilst being in a very safe and quiet area.

Best value for money, and first choice for people that want to train original Muay Thai

Location is wonderful, super close to beach and shopping/market/breakfast restaurant and the going out street without noise from the busy traffic. All in 3 minute walk distance. Super quality for money hotel with a pool that feels like a private pool. A good recommendation for thai boxers. Jun Muay Thai gym is with in a 200 meters walk at the back side of the hotel. For traditional Thai boxers this is the Gym to check. http://junmuaythai.com/

The beds are high quality but pretty hard, maybe not everyone will enjoy it. For sportive persons perfect

Exceptional

Amazing room for this price. Lovely staff and impeccable service. The room was clean and large and well looked after. The air conditioning worked well and I really enjoyed my private garden too. The pool was well-maintained with a pleasant view and overall as a female traveller on my own I felt very safe.

It was a shame that the Jazzy kitchen was closed but there was a very cheap café right around the corner (so close I could still use wifi!)

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Highly recommended

EVERYTHING. Room was big, bright & spotlessly cleaned every day, bottled water everyday was appreciated. Grounds were pristine with constant up keeping throughout the day. Staff were fantastic & so lovely. Great to have a pool, not the biggest but you can get some lengths in & separate shallow end for the kids. Location ideal, tucked away so it was very quiet yet a short walk to everything, beach 3min walk & lots of bars & restaurants round the corner. Wifi which was essential was good, it did drop out sometimes when it was busy. We booked for 1 month & extended our stay for 3 months as it was so comfortable & convenient. I will definitely be staying here again when I return.

Lovely, clean hotel with helpful staff.

The hotel was very handy for everything in Lamai. It was clean both in the room and within the grounds. The room was larger than we expected with hot drink facilities & bottles of water brought each day. The pool area, although small was private & quiet. We loved the proximity of the hotel which was within easy reach of the beach & easy access to transport.
